We have been long time clients of Sue Aberlee and absolutely love her and trust her as a veterinarian. She is professional, compassionate and accommodating! She’s helped us through some difficult times and has always been there when we’ve needed her - weekends, nights, and house calls! I highly recommend her and her fine staff at Blue Cross!
I dropped my healthy, agile dog Hazel off on Saturday for 2 nights of boarding. When I picked her up, her right leg was injured. They could not tell me how it happened. They did not apologize for two days. Showing no compassion for either me or Haze, they agreed to examine her further at their cost after I pressured them to do so. They would not reimburse me for the stay in which she was mysteriously injured. I strongly recommend you seek another place for your pet. Mine was not safe in their care
The staff is nice and I love Dr. Aberle!
I was not greeted in a kind manner by the low class secretary. She weighed my dog then after my dogs visit. She rudely asked how much my weighed. She was told that I did not want all shots today. Yet she did not listen or communicate that to the dr. I have been going to blue cross for years but because of being scolded at by the trashy secretary. I will never go back with any of my pets. She needs lessons on social skills.
Dr. Violi and her team are the best! They have taken care of all our dogs for the past two years and we are always pleased with the care the deliver. I recommend Blue Cross to all my friends and clients!!
