If I could give no stars I would. I’m submitting a complaint to the division of insurance. Blue cross blue shield used to be the best in the business and very reputable. This has changed. They don’t have enough agents. I waited an hour and my issue was still not resolved. They are constantly denying claims when I have already shelled out in excess of 10k for insurance for my family this year. I get bills left and right. Something needs to be done.
