RecommendedWe got a turkey today for thanksgiving and it is hands down the best turkey I have ever eaten. I hope they do turkeys every thanksgiving because I will definitely be getting one every year from now on.
Normally enjoy the food. But tonite... my loaded baked potato was unloaded.. with 2 crab clusters I only got 6 legs altogether and they did not care to replace them. I didn’t even get to tell them about my undercooked steak being that I was upset because they shafted me on the crablegs and ddnt want to fix it. If I ever eat there again.. I will take every single box apart and check for every single item. It’s my fault for not checking behind them and for trusting them with a good take out experience. Epic Fail!
We normally get take out orders from there weekly. The past 3 times our food has not been cooked properly the first time we ordered a ribeye and a sirlion salad both were ordered medium, we get home which is several miles away and they are both very rare. The second time was Friday afternoon we ordered burgers they was not done in the middle. I wanted to write this review while I’m still gagging from the pungent fried whole catfish I just ate. My entire family including my 84 year old father could not believe how poorly fried catfish could be prepared in the state of Mississippi. We could not even finish the meal. Your customer should not be your quality control.

Did you notify management while on site? If so did they compensate for the food and experience? We do apologize for your experience and in 6+ years we haven’t had one complaint on our catfish so we are curious to see what went wrong. We serve Superior and Simmons catfish which are the top two farmed catfish in MS and receive fresh shipments twice a week.
