We took our lawnmower to Blue Collar for repairs. We took it back a second time because it still wasn't running right. They said it was unrelated to the first repair so we paid again. We took it back a third time for them to make it right. They left one message for us that it was ready and when my husband went to pick it up they said we left it over 60 days so they sold it! They said we agreed to that in the small print on the original work order. This should not be legal. I would not recommend them to anyone.
In Response to the dissatisfied customers I am terribly sorry. But as of june 8th blue collar repair is under new ownership, and we are striving to turn this business around i hope you will consider using us again in the future
We took our snow blower there after having it "fixed" at another well known lawn/small engine repair place in this area. The other guys never solved the problem, but Blue Engine did. Our snow blower runs like a champ now!
These guys had my machine for 3 weeks. They never gave me an update, even after leaving 4 messages trying to find out the status. When I finally retrieved it in order to take it somewhere else, they had nothing to say. One of the most unprofessional and incompetent service shops I've ever dealt with.
