I had trouble getting my wireless setup at my house and I called them up and the next day a tech came out and had it up in less than an hour. Geek Squad came out a couple days before and charged nearly $200 and couldn't fix it! Very impressed with blue Collar Computing.
This is a very bad business. Don't go there!
Everyone I spoke with was extremely nice. The tech came out to my house and quickly fixed my problem. He was straightforward and very friendly. Before he left, he asked if I needed anything else and to let them know if I needed computer service in the future. Great rates too!
