We used Blue Collar catering for a recent event. The food was great. Everything we ordered was perfectly cooked and very tasty. The food arrived on time, was hot and the set up was smooth. Karen was such a delight to work with. Thanks again!

We are very pleased with our recent experience with Blue Collar Catering just this past holiday weekend. About 2 weeks ago, we decided to look into hiring a caterer for our Memorial Day BBQ. My first (and only) call was to Blue Collar Catering. Karen was very helpful and said they could take on our BBQ event during an already busy weekend for them. Have had two different events catered and would return again in a heartbeat. Food is great, ample and delicious. They are very accommodating with dietary restrictions and very reasonably priced. Servers go above and beyond.
