I've lived in Fremont, Columbus, Montreal, and now Chicago, and this is some of the best pizza I've had. Incredibly creative recipes, perfectly executed. We ordered the Black & Bleu, White Pizza, and the apple dessert pizza. All were great. It is exciting to see a gourmet-focused restaurant in the area. It is haute-cuisine that doesn't try too hard, and remains approachable and fun. Hopefully the community will support them and bring them much success. They deserve it!
