My friend and I were physically assaulted by workers from a company they hired in our neighbourhood. They were trying to be vigilantes and take my friend license plate for supposed speeding in the neighbourhood. As we walked away one of their workers proceeded to chase after us with a hammer and choked my friend. They are still working. No witnesses so it's ok to do that is what I was top by the cops.
Thankful for Blue Coast coming to my neighborhood rescue. We once had in house management who had a closed door policy and certain prejudices against certain community members. Blue Coast was given tons of boxes full of paper work, no computerized documentation other than qickbooks from this in house management. Blue Coast has transferred that information and placed online for our community to see. No withholding of information and act accordingly to complaints. Blue Coast has recently taken over management of my HOA. Have to say terrible customer service. They do not answer emails, they provide no documentation, our website has nothing on it. Plus they do not do anything we were told they were contracted to do except to pay bills. Our neighborhood is going downhill since they were hired.
Terrible Management Company. They ignore any requests for service from residents they supposedly represent!
