I was not happy with this place. The fried foods were cooked in dirty grease. I asked if the special came with two sides and if the chaser salad was included. I was told yes than was charged about $6 for the salad, instead of debating the issue we just paid and left. Although I will not be returning, I will say the service was fast and the staff was friendly.
I would loved to gave 5 �, but 2 of my shelled crabs were so mushy, I had to throw away; $10 in the trash. If I can didn't live in South Philly I definitely would have brought them back. Outside of that everything else was GREAT...that was my first time there and I will definitely return. Great food, service and atmosphere
This was my first time going here. It wasn't the best for me. My friends swear by this place so I am going to chalk this one up to a bad night. I'll give them another chance to redeem themselves and possibly having a customer for life. The food was really good but it was room temperature. I like my food hot straight out the pan hot not sitting around for a few that was my biggest disappointment. But again the food was really good. Also a little more attentiveness from the waitress can also be better.

Mac & cheese was bland & the broccoli was to hard with no better Service was good and we got seated right away.
Upon arriving we were told that our reservation got lost we then asked for the restroom and had to walk all the way to the rear because the front restrooms was not in working order then after being seated we did have a waitress come until 20 minutes later it was our first time visiting and wasn’t familiar with the menu when we asked for assistance the waitress seemed frustrated also after putting our order in one of our sides was forgotten food was good but service sucked
Very expensive. Flounder was extremely greasy. Crab cake was good. Hush puppies were good. Silverware on table was dirty. Two menus. Cost more to eat there than take out. Which is very strange. Some of the differences were up to $3 different per item.
It was amazing food, service, and a cozy atmosphere. Nice experience. A little pricey but worth it.
