I live at the Palisades in Winter Garden. This was a big move for me all the way from Texas. I was not able to tour the property before signing my lease due to a very quick and unexpected relocation date. The team sent me videos and kept me up to date on all renovations being made in my unit prior to my arrival. They were accommodating and proactive to all my concerns: Stained Carpet and other wear and tear on toilets, fans etc. All were replaced prior to my arrival with regular updates.
