Blue Chip was absolutely wonderful before, during, and after our build was complete. Dan and Emily helped us through every stage. We have never built a house before, and we were building our new home from another state. Due to health issues that came up during the build with my wife, we weren’t able to travel down during any of the building process. Beautiful model homes, but the customer service was disappointing. When I called to request basic information on floor plans, pricing, and next steps, the person who identified himself as the owner, Dan, told me to “just look on Facebook” or ask my relative who had toured the models—then questioned whether my inquiry was even legitimate.
