Beautiful model homes, but the customer service was disappointing. When I called to request basic information on floor plans, pricing, and next steps, the person who identified himself as the owner, Dan, told me to “just look on Facebook” or ask my relative who had toured the models—then questioned whether my inquiry was even legitimate. We absolutely love our Blue Chip house!!! I fell in love at first sight with the model and could not be happier now that we are living in it. We were able to make the changes we wanted and got everything we asked for. Even after we moved in, the punch list was addressed almost immediately. I highly recommend Blue Chip Builders if you are looking to build a house in SW Florida.
