Title: Disappointing lack of focus after 10 years. I’ve been coming to this shop for nearly a decade, but the quality of service has become a total gamble. While I’ve stayed loyal to this spot for a long time, I’ve now had multiple bad haircuts from one particular barber who is clearly more focused on their phone than the person in the chair. Straight thumbs down not even a 1… horrible consumer service as well as the lack of …as well as poor professional expertise cutting various/diverse hair styles and textures. Straight hair is the only kind of hair they know how to cut. Shame.
