I brought my teenage daughter here for about a good year. She’s seen one therapist behind a closed door. and there are little hummer boxes outside of each door to diffuse the voices inside. We were never kept waiting more than a few minutes, and if we were 10 or 15 minutes late, her therapist would call to see if everything was OK and scheduling an appointment was pretty quick and smooth and she is on Medicare or Medicaid, so we never had an issue with insurance, and I don’t know why people are having problems with this plac... read more
had to leave a review for this extremely abusive and predatory practice. they have no respect for confidentiality (leaving doors open during private sessions), clients get transferred all the time for no reason, they force parents and their children into a rigid and harmful framework to try and "fix" them, and a lot of the clinicians start and leave pretty quick so the turnover must be bad. not culturally knowledgeable at all and clearly discriminatory towards certain groups. take your kids somewhere trustworthy or try teleh... read more
My children have benefited greatly from the caring therapists they've seen here weekly for the past year. We've worked with 3 different therapists here and they've all been so wonderful, caring, patient, and supportive. They respect us and my kids and I trust them completely.
I was seen here by Kelly from I think 2023-2024. She’s the best therapist I ever had. Such a knowledgeable person in EMDR and helped me through so many things I was experiencing at the time.
This company is extremely unprofessional and very susceptible to being manipulated by narcissistic parents. If you are being attacked by the other parent in a shared custody battle this company will give them fuel for their fire so that your ex can attack you even harder. Does not care about the welfare of children and just overall incompetent.
