Your polices and setup of the website is deliberately designed to limit our access to medical / prescription care. BCBSBCN told us to go to your preferred pharmacy. BCBSBCN told us that our treatment is authorized. Now when I use the reimbursement form it says I am not eligible. When I try to call it says your call center is closed. When I try to send a message it says I am not even eligible to send a message under this plan. It's very unfortunate that a medical provider covers impotency drugs but will not cover contraceptives, seems like a conflict of interest to me, and I can't wrap my head around that one

I’ve been with BCBSM for a few years. I wanted to switch to an On Marketplace plan during open enrollment. Ithe process was to submit an application via HealthSherpa. The sales person I worked with was completely ignorant of the process to move from off mkt plan to on mkt plan. She took my application and gave me wrong instructions on how to pay. I submitted the payment per her instructions and received confirmation. But my card was not charged. I was told to pay again. But BCBSM customer svc said I had to pay them directly ... read more

Had an issue with Tricare for life paying their part of a claim. They said that it was a problem on Blue Cross. Called Blue Cross and talked to a Jeremy Smith. He was a fantastic person to deal with. Very helpful I would hope that if I ever had to call that I would get him. You have a great agent there in him.

Check your policy, don't ask if anything is covered, just look in your policy, they lie. I was told a $325 vaccine was covered by my insurance by a representative. Later having to fight it because the insurance said it wasn't covered. I spent a hour on the phone getting passed around until I talked to someone telling me that I have to pay it because that's in the policy. I called and asked if it was covered because I didn't want to get it unless I knew for sure it was covered. Now I have to pay it back.
