Called to move immobile, bedridden father from upstairs bedroom to care facility. Called doc to get an order for transportation and was advised to call BCN to find provider in network. Called BCN and was given a company that does not service my area (Troy, MI). Called back to speak with supervisor who said that the only transportation company in network was ........ Terrible people, it's like the people you talk to on the phone get pleasure out of screwing you over, which is lovely. Absolutely zero compassion. Employers, do NOT use BCN, they're a joke. Less than 2 star rating on every review source on the net.

Worst healthcare plan we have ever had, and also the most expensive. Extremely restrictive in coverages, and they challenge nearly everything my doctor wants to do, including making me wait for prior authorization for many medicines, and even delaying surgery to remove a fast growing carcinoid tumor that caused me to lose hearing within 3 days of noticing pressure.
