I needed short term support following surgery. I cannot fault the service provided by all the staff with whom I have had contact. Thankyou to everyone involved..
Thay failed to put service's in place in a reasonable time. Thay also charged $1699 management charges a month. Even though they didnt provide any services . It was made clear that she would not be returning home and this has been going on for 5 months.This is clear fraud on the government. Do not trust this organisation.
