The underpants I purchased are very good quality - though I had to go a size up (lol), but what really impressed me was how hard they worked to get in contact with me when they realized there was an issue with my shipping. I missed two phone calls in one day from them and one more the next day (I had been at work when I received these calls) and they were so pleasant and eager to get my order correct. Just purchased two more pairs!
