Customers beware!!! I hired them for a camera system. They sold me a complete Hikvision system then installed the Hikvision DVR with some no name cameras. If they worked well together I'd have never known but they don't so... I dealt with troubles for about a year and their service and 3 year warranty were meaningless. I hired another company who determined these were a generic brand of cameras and don't even support Hikvision protocol. From my time of trouble through the entire process we communicated a lot but that was it.... read more
