I love this place. We were in Kingston, touring places where our Dutch ancestors lived long long ago, and I saw this store. Went in to buy a hat,got to chatting with John about blues and music in general. He turned me onto a fairly new CD that pairs two of my favorites, Keb Mo and Taj Mahal.
Amazing music and great hats! It’s a cool concept, and it’s where I go for great recommendations on artists I’d never otherwise find. This is THE store to stop in if you like blues...
As an avid Blues fan this place has my shirts, hats & music covered. The owners are fantastic. I’ll definitely be returning.
I love this store! Love the owners! Been going to their store since they opened on the strand many years ago! Brought my mother to their store for a hat to wear to my daughters wedding seventeen years ago! They since moved to uptown Kingston...my mother iced to Tennessee and still wears the hat!!!

This place is very hip as far as its clothing especially for funkateers,blues men,hipsters and cool cats ya digg ? And the selection of C.D.s caters to this also...a distinct selection of blues/funk/jazz c.d.s cool atmosphere and wonderful store patrons.Hi Maureen !!!
