Been renting from Blue Bronco for almost 4 years now and it's the worst decision we ever made. They continuously fail to reply to emergency maintenance issues, including gas leaks. The worst part is blue bronco is just the middle man and some chump from out of state owns our house. They will refuse to fix anything as long as they can until you are so fed up you're ready to break your lease and move out.
Worst property management company, ever! Always refused to resolve ANY maintenance issues.
Renters beware Moved out of there townhome last month after renting from them for almost 10 years. Got no deposit money back though we left the place in good condition. They sited wear and tear on carpet. Of course there's normal wear and tear on light carpet after 9.5 years! I tried to get them to replace the living room carpet after my 5th year of renting, no deal; I even offered to go halfsies. Eventually, my husband and I personally paid $1,200 to take up the carpet in the living room and put down new laminate floor... read more
Shady wormy little company. Small fish in a big world. does all business by text to avoid recordings and people identifying him. will take your money and tell you he is 'working on the application' while he is really renting the unit to someone else. Avoid and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE
