Blue Bridge Property Management does a great job working with tenants and landlords. Very respectful, timely and professional! Nicole knows what she is doing and does it well. You can count on her to get the job done - whether it is for the landlord or the tenant. Great communication and very trustworthy.
Very neglectful, rented out poor housing, basement ceiling was exposed wood, you could see where previous wood was burnt in a fire, very shoddy flip job, the plumbing inside was pvc and it gave way for a total disaster in the upstairs bathroom (seeping through the kitchen ceiling) only a month or so in, no hot water for a couple months, (water heater also gave out when the basement flooded. Nicole has been amazing helping me through the entire process, she’s very understanding, listens to all my concerns. Her communication is very helpful. She calls, text and emails to answer any and all questions that pop up. I would recommend her 10 times over. She’s very personable, and gives you that “one on one” attention we all need when moving.
Blue Bridge and Nicole have made all the difference for our 8-unit apartment complex in Rock County.
