We called these people and they charged us $157.00 for the service call and said they would be here by 4pm. When they did not show they said they would not be able to come until the next day. I called the next day at 1:30 to get an ETA and the guy that answered told me the tech was not responding. So I asked him to cancel and he said I would need to call the office for a refund. My husband only hires the best. He “interviews” and spends time making sure our home is only worked on by the top of the crop.
