Coffee very good quality, staff not happy for some reason, ordered waffles they’ve never made it. Left unsatisfied

Employees are really rude. I went Feb 8th Sunday noon time. There were two women and one man working. Both two women were harshly rude. Extremely nasty and couldnt order my coffee in comfort.
All of a sudden the staff changed service is sooo slow it looks dirty
