Disappointed by the Decline at Blue Bottle I’ve been a long-time admirer of Blue Bottle, especially in their early days when they were true pioneers of specialty coffee. That spirit feels long gone. This morning, I stopped by the Park Avenue location—my local shop near work—and was met with a surprisingly lackluster experience. A very nice coffee bar with fruitful pour-over and a smooth matcha latte.
Six bucks for a “cold brew” with three ice cubes in a hot coffee cup no thanks
The cappuccino was terrible, too hot, NO HONEY, NO CINNAMON, very grumpy staff. The place is ok tho A/C was ok
