After several visits to this Blue Bottle Coffee location, I’ve enjoyed the pastries and decaf lattes, but the atmosphere consistently leaves me feeling uneasy. It feels like the space is designed for a certain type of customer, and the baristas’ lack of eye contact or helpfulness only adds to that discomfort.
