This review is solely for customer service, because I didn’t get to try the coffee. At 5:20am I asked what time the cafe opens. The staff replied, “maybe 5:45, maybe 5:30.” Dismissive & unhelpful staff, which is disappointing because I usually like Blue Bottle Coffee.
Unfortunately I ordered coffee here before reading the ratings. Coffee=lukewarm, staff=dismissive, and the barista used a towel she dropped on the floor to wipe the coffee machine. Gross.
Rudest cashier I’ve ever dealt with. I was polite the whole time but she had such a bad attitude for no reason. Really made the experience unpleasant.
Absolutely rude staff here. I went today at 5.40am to be greeted by some arrogant girl. If you guys want to charge $6.50 for a coffee then at least bother to train your staff.
