Prompt service, wonderful staff, incredible coffee! I got their single origin, cold brew, and it is so delicious! Highly recommend.
Despite poor reviews of the coffee shop not opening on time, they were open at 5:30am as Google states. So hopefully this is an improvement. The three staff members working there were happy, smiling, and chatting with customers. The person that took my order was very nice. Coffee was exceptional and beautiful latte art. Everything was excellent. Highly recommend!
The Blue Bottle at Moynihan Train Hall was such a pleasant experience. Jess and Brian in particular were welcoming and kind after a long day of travel. Can’t express how great the customer service I experienced was!
This place’s rating as the worst Blue Bottle in NYC is well deserved. GoogleMaps says they open at 5:30AM. I showed up at 5:45AM and there was a hand-written sign saying they opened at 6AM. They finally opened up the store at 6:10AM (40 min late), and one of the employees just sat in the back while the other employee tried to act as the solitary Cashier + Barista for a 50+ line. Whoever runs this Blue Bottle should probably be fired. Any Blue Bottle with a 2.8 star review average is screaming “this place is a dumpster fire”.
