Got a matcha latte after hearing great things about both their cafe lattes and their powder and it tasted like straight milky garbage. Very disappointed. Please train your baristas better and with more consistency.

Our neighborhood spot. We really love this place; it’s inviting, cozy, and always clean. The staff is always professional, kind, and super friendly, and always willing to help. The coffee is 10/10; you can really taste the quality. It also has a huge accessible bathroom (which is a big plus in NYC), and it’s very clean as well. The place is also kid-friendly, which is so nice. I can’t forget the outdoor seating — in the spring it’s just wonderful to sit outside. It’s a true UWS gem.
Really cold all the time, even in the winter. Not a great place to do work and the coffee is not great.
