Great spot with really fast service! The staff are super nice, very polite, and genuinely care about making you happy. They focus on the customer and get everything done quickly. The only tiny downside is that the coffee tasted a bit too bitter for my liking, but overall it is a great experience

Incredibly disappointing since Centurium Capital took over. The wonderful, glamorous, kind staff all gone in Tribeca. Incredibly cheap looking now - no more yummy sandwiches, coffee board looks like a inexpensive Chinese restaurant, staff not trained, messy. I was never a coffee aficionado, but since my company moved to Tribeca last Fall I was in there every day for the experience. It is over for me.
I ordered a flat white - the picture attached says it all I believe. As mentioned a few times in the reviews, the service needs improvement. It helps if the team truly enjoys hospitality and the craft of coffee.
