Disappointing customer service experience. We spent quite a while taking out and counting our cash at the counter, and the staff member was watching us the whole time. Only after we had finally gotten the cash ready did she tell us, “No cash here.” I completely understand that some businesses are cashless, but it would have been much more considerate to let us know as soon as she saw us preparing cash instead of watching us go through the whole process first. It’s giving “Whites Only” Coffee First and last time here. I wanted to share feedback about my experience at this location because, unfortunately, it was extremely uncomfortable and unsettling. When I initially came in, I ordered your largest 16-ounce matcha latte with oat milk and two pumps of vanilla. I was given the wrong size, which I unfortunately did not notice until I was already outside and nearly back to work, so I had to return to have the order corrected.
