Some of the baristas need some better training. I’ve noticed the workers seem to all chat with eachother a lot and don’t really have much of a sense of urgency. Often times when ordering, I’ll notice them premaking espresso shots and letting it sit for a few minutes, and by the time it gets to me, it’s pretty much cold or lukewarm, even when it isn’t busy. It’s a horrible experience every time. Even when I was the only one in there, it took 20 minutes to get a latte. I see the other bad reviews and I couldn’t agree more.
A coffee oasis.
I Had a bad experience: 1. Cashier wasn’t attentive 2. Nola tasted different 3. The tables outside were dirty. Hope they improve
