1 star for Blue Bottle. I finally decided to visit after a long time… and what a huge disappointment! The grinder hopper was dirty — clean that, seriously! The vibe was dead, awkward silence, and zero energy. The cashier stood there like a statue, and the barista looked miserable — you’re in Boston and at Blue Bottle, show some life!
