Very disappointing experience at Blue Bottle. For the prices they charge, I expected much better quality and service. The coffee was barely warm and tasted surprisingly bland. The staff seemed more interested in talking to each other than helping customers, and the café wasn’t as clean as it should have been—several tables were left dirty for quite a while.
