The cashier was acting clueless. I repeated my order three times, but she still got everything wrong. The baristas seemed annoyed when they had to remake my drinks. I’ve been to many Blue Bottle locations, but I’ve never been treated like this before. “First and last time”
The tall young man with curly hair who took my order and made my coffee on Aug 26 around noon was extremely unkind. When my coffee was ready, he didn’t say anything, so I had to ask if it was mine. Yet while chatting with his colleague, he was laughing and looked very cheerful. If you can be friendly with your coworkers, why not extend the same courtesy to customers?
