Cashier was using her phone at reg and told me to wait. Which all I said was Hi. Then quickly took my order that took 18 minutes to be made. A pour over. Visited on 4/13 at 9am. Came back a second time, service got even worse with the new slow hired. She literally told me how I have to order and what order of products I have to say so she can ring me up

Waited 25 minutes after placing my order only to be asked to leave because they were closing. On top of that, they had already run out of chai and had to issue a refund. What’s frustrating is the attitude from the staff - it felt dismissive, as if the situation was somehow my fault. Basic inventory management and clearer communication could have avoided this entirely. Overall, a disappointing experience.
