From day one I expected hostility.... but I was hoping better friendship as days passed by... And IT didn't. She is upset because all the money orders I gave her don't have her NAME... NOW I have to MOVE... and I paid my RENT on TIME..
Do not move here unless you want to deal with rude people and get overcharged for water. If you ask to see the main bill she'll kick you out for asking what you're paying for. There's a lot of old people here who get in your business and watch who you bring to your own house. The owner is a rude lady who speaks to people with an attitude for no reason. The neighbors like to make lies about people and they're very chismosas. I don't know why these people over here are like that, but save yourself some peace of mind and money ... read more

Negative 10 stars!!!! The little 3 feet tall lady here is a grinch!!!! Mad at the world and everyone in it. DO NOT BUY OR RENT FROM THIS PLACE
Nothing about this place is professional. The lady who collects rent here is a very rude person. She has no manners to speak. I don’t know how people in life get through their youth with a mouth like that. don’t consider renting or buying from here until she’s gone.
