My son and I have been patients here for years and have consistently had positive experiences. The office is walk-in only, so it can get busy at times. Still, whether there have been several patients ahead of us or just a few, the process is usually pretty smooth. Dr. Valdez and Dr. Gloria are kind, patient, and genuinely caring of patients. It’s concerning that there’s no after-hours message to inform patients when the office is closed or what the regular office hours are. This lack of basic communication feels unprofessional and makes it difficult to feel confident about scheduling an appointment.
My family & I have been going to Dr. Valdez for over a decade! I love my doctor & the staff! I know they care about my well being…definitely recommend
A psychiatrist in this office fills adderal prescriptions before their due date and please tell me how a patient can be in and out of the office in less than 10 minutes when they have a monthly appointment?
