Most people get a home inspection when they are purchasing a house but I needed one for a refinance on my house. I found Mr. Hardin on the Internet, he came out to do his inspection which was very thorough and honest! The lender required me to fix some things on my house and he was able to come back and reinspect my house at a reasonable rate!
Dangerous driver!!! Nearly ran me off the road trying to get around me (by illegally passing on right shoulder) When you advertise your business on your vehicle I suggest you try not to run people off the road.. Because in my opinion it absolutely reflect upon your business. *you contacted me saying you don't remember: It was on Bundy canyon at about the Shell gas station. Same place the cross was left actually since this post where a young man died in a car accident there. Please slow down and be more aware.
Called Mr. Harden up for a quick inspection of my new home. He came and was very knowledgeable about certain defects I had no clue about. Thank you Mr. Harden! Me and my wife are very pleased!
Let me tell you about the level of professionalism I experienced with Mr Harden. I had an inspection set up for 6am on a Saturday, and the inspector was a no show. I am a realtor and I had needed a solution right away. I called Bluebird around 630am and he answered! I expressed my need to get this inspection done ASAP, and Mr Harden was there in 30mins. Going through the home buying process for the first time has been a lot of work (and increased stress levels).
