Tested one of the new spinning cycles today. Seats adjust up/down as well as forward and back. Handle bars adjust fore and aft. Was able to configure the unit exactly the same as my road bike. Handle bar style has several options for grip that should accommodate any style rider. Tension control and brake easy to reach and easy to use. The heart rate and pedal cadence unit were in sync with the unit that I use. Let the classes begin!
Gym has everything you need, nice staff, great rates. Just needs a good cleaning.
I've been a member for just over a year now. While the gym does not boast state of the art equipment, it does have free weights and the staff is extremely friendly, as are most of the patrons (a few could learn gym etiquette). It fits my current need given the price and location.
One of the most knowledgeable, professional, individuals I've had the honor of meeting. Truly, there are plenty of centers...none with Manager Gary. Perhaps the best asset this company has, beyond the immaculate environment and state-of-the-art equipment
