Good stylists All stylists do a great job with cuts and colors, on long and short hair. A few also do formal styles for proms and the like. Wide variety of hair products for sale; usually willing to special order other brands. Parking is available on-street and a lot accross the street.

Good, but overpriced. I like this salon, and their stylists are good, but it is a little overpriced for a salon out of the city. They also lose points with me for not being able to offer as many services as a traditional day spa, for example, the no longer offer manicure service. Certainly a good salon, but if you are going to pay that kind of money, just go in town.

Illusions - lovely salon, good people! My family has been going to Illusions for years - Shelley is our stylist. She was the first person to cut my son's hair (he was about 6) so well that he no longer had a "cowlick" in the morning! To this day (he is now 24), he continues to go there for his cuts and he went from very long hair in his teens to a beautiful cut when he was forced to cut it for a job! After my haircuts, I always get compliments (mom).

Manicures at Illusions There is a manicurist on-site Thursday through Saturday, and she will come in on other days if you need to book her for a wedding party or something like that. And she is wonderful! I like my hairstylist there just fine, and he's a very good colorist; but the manicurist, Kim, does simply the best job I have ever seen anywhere. I won't even go to anyone else anymore. I've sometimes been asked if my short, natural nails are acrylics - she makes them look THAT perfect.
