Niana was amazing! I struggle to find a good hairstylist and get the haircut I want 80% of the time. Niana took the time to listen, explain, and clarify any questions I had during the consultation. Very professional and good at her craft. Already booked my next appointment.
I forgot to add this review then so I’m submitting it now. They called me to ask if I could come in earlier for which I said no and that I’ll come in at the time that I scheduled for. I get there, the stylist is cutting my hair, then I get asked by the owner to pay in the MIDDLE of my cut while my hair is drenching wet. I said sorry when I shouldn’t have, and none of them apologized for having me pay in the middle of the service. I walked to the cashier with drenched wet hair over my face….. Brought my 5 year old here for her very first haircut and Maria was amazing! She made my daughter feel very grown-up while still providing very child-appropriate service (e.g. explaining the process, stacking cushions so her head would reach the hair washing basin). Could not have asked for a better experience.
Nelo was amazing! She was great during the consultation and even better during the cut. I don’t trust anyone with my hair and have not gotten a cut in 2 years. She was great and I am for sure coming back!
