As a new patient, I was disappointed with my experience. I arrived on time for a 2:00 PM appointment but wasn’t seen until 2:15, and another patient who arrived after me was taken first. The visit itself was very uncomfortable. Gum charting and imaging were much more painful than I’ve experienced elsewhere, even after mentioning the discomfort. I really like this office. I been going for sometime now regarding my gums and perio work. Everyone this office is kind, careing and welcoming. Even after your first visit, the staff welcomes you back and will instantly recognize you. Getting any type of prio work done can be stressful, but this office definitely has the methods of making sure you feel at ease and takes out the stress. I had a great experience at this dental office. I had my wisdom tooth extracted today, and they made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the entire procedure. A special thank you to Dr. Hatam, who was incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring. The whole team was welcoming and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell they truly care about their patients. Highly recommend!
I can’t recommend Dr. Hatam and her team highly enough. I travelled from the UK for treatment to have a growth removed from my gum, and from start to finish, the experience was exceptional.
