The Blue Beetle doubled billed us within the same week and then instead of doing the right thing which is to refund the card immediately and apologize for the error like most established and reputable businesses they said they would mail us a refund check. It's been three days and we haven't gotten our money back yet. They didn't seem to care how taking an extra $99 out of our account without our permission even impacted us.
