Manny from Blue Beetle Pest Control was the technician who performed my service yesterday. I have always had great techs but he was the real deal. He was very professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. Manny was at my residence for over an hour and addressed my mouse problem with all the devices at his disposal. He looked everywhere inside and out and may have found the entrance point for the mice. I hope that he is able to perform my future visits. Blue Beetle you have a great employee! Todd

Wonderful experience with this company! They showed up in a timely manner and my technician Carl was fabulous. He answered all my questions and helped me feel truly protected. I had a terrible experience with another pest control company not showing up for my scheduled appointment the day before so I was anxious and doubtful but Jose took my call (a few times and even called me back a couple times!) and reassured me they would be there and I would be properly taken care of. Well, we finally bought our first house. The excitement ended quickly when we realized we obviously had every bug living in and around our house. We called Blue Beatle and the bugs are gone. Spiders, ants and termites are no longer living rent free in our new home!! Well done.

I can’t remember the technician’s name, but he was absolutely amazing. He talked me through the whole process explained everything thoroughly was very kind and friendly to My grandkids. He was very friendly, very thorough and I hope he comes back to take care of the rest of the problems. Thank you so much for your help.

Initial contact was a little rough, I made my first call after 8a.m. on a Monday morning. No one answered so I left a message. I received a text in response and responded with a text. Finally, it was getting late in the day that I was concerned I would not get an appointment scheduled before the end of the day so I called again. I was able to set up an appointment for Tuesday.
