I have been apart of their maintenance program for just under 2 years now. Had them come out to just check on my AC unit since its getting hotter and its one of the services they offer with being in their program. Guy showed up 2 hours after the initial text saying he was only to be there in 30 minutes. He got mud and insulation all over my floor, then said he would clean it up.
