Mark and Jayden were fantastic to work with—friendly, professional, and efficient. They quickly resolved an AC issue on an extremely hot day, thoroughly checked the entire system for other problems, and clearly explained the process. They even took time to answer my unrelated HVAC and plumbing questions. Chad provided excellent communication, keeping me informed about their ETA. Overall, a great experience—I’ll definitely use Blue Bear again!
Had Blue Bear come out for the first time to repair the shut off value under the toilet there was a pin hole after the shut off value so the shut off value didn’t work. I called several local plumbers in the area before they all were very busy and couldn’t make it till late Saturday or Monday. The problem was I had to shut the water off to the house.
