We had someone perform annual water heater maintenance. They told me that we needed to replace a part that would cost over $600 due to corrosion that could lead to no hot water in the future. I sent a photo to a family friend who is a plumber, and he let me know that the part simply needed to be cleaned (which the Blue Bear employee should have done). Our heat unexpectedly stopped working on a very cold winter weekend and we have two young kids. They got back to us quickly when we reached out and came out the same day. Austin was very thorough and ensured the problem was fully resolved before he left, would highly recommend this company!
Timely service. Highly knowledgeable technician. Work was excellent. We've now had two weeks of below freezing temperatures so getting the heat back on after an outage was great. Only surprise was the price, which was higher than expected given that we had already purchased an annual service contract.
Peter Kelly from Blue Bear came to check out my Heat Pump System to make sure that it was performing properly after a recent system power down was completed. Peter did a great job and made some adjustments to settings to help the system respond faster during cold weather. I was very happy with his knowledge, professional service and pleasant personality.
