I asked for them to do a routine service and maintenance on my heating system. Upon arrival they gave me outrageous cost for the service which I was not expecting and of course I was still stuck paying the dispatch charge of $125. The support rep was unable to waive this fee so I basically got robbed $125 for them to show up at my door and give no service. Thanks a lot Blue Bear Plumbing, super helpful...
the technicians who do the work are great but scheduling has been an ongoing issue, better since I spoke out
For 8 years, Blue Bear has done a magnificent job for me and my family.
Zach was awesome super professional and made everything look easy I would definitely recommend Zach super knowledgeable.
Jayden and Brittany were very professional, neat, polite, funny, and on time. They informed me of all possible options educated me thoroughly about the various parts and workings of the systems and offered the best price of 3 companies.
