Customer service is friendly, but the actual service is amateur. Not worth the money they charge. All those powerful hoses and sprayers they have? smh? I stated that there was still mud on the tractor and they said they weren’t done and that they would be spraying it off on my way out. Lol Won’t be falling for that again.
Worst truck wash ever. There was still partial bugs and bug juice on my windshield. I disconnected from my trailer to get my tractor washed and there was still road grime on the back of my truck after the wash. The frame looked like it did before I got it washed. I guess they really don't like their jobs over there. My company has an account I've emailed accounting to tell them not to pay for the wash. The day after I went there it rained really good for a few hours. The rain did a better job cleaning my truck!
It's the average streakin' Beacon. Meaning it's a wash that's fairly quick and will cost more than it's really worth, but it's paid for by my employer, so it's not my money at stake. The body of the truck was fine and the trailer looked alright. Everything below looks about like what's in the pics.
They always do a great job. No matter how long the lines are, they keep it moving and they are still very thorough and professional. I didn't really need a truck wash this time around but stopped through just bc I was in the area. They deserve it
In the past I have had pretty good luck with the truck and livestock trailer washed I've gotten but...last night was not a good experience. There were several missed spots on the truck and I have to get it washed again somewhere else to have it look decent. The manager was pushing the workers way faster than I've seen before and it made all the difference in the quality of work. The side that I couldn't see (passenger) while they were working on it had an entire panel that wasn't even touched. I'll try to find a better place... read more
