Sad to see the negative reviews. The price was in line, I got extras. David was very polite and attentive. He introduced himself and assured me off a satisfactory job. He was accommodating and in the short time I was there, seemed to be a good leader for his crew. When I left, I stopped to inspect their job and parked across the street at the J. The next morning, I inspected again. This Beacon is on my list of stops in the future!!
Three bays open. Three techs in each bay. Took a lot longer than I had anticipated. Their was only six truck in front of me and took an hour and a half. Come on beacon. Close a bay. Or get these guys some help.
They do an outstanding job every time we go there. They are always busy but they have 3 bays so the wait is never too long.
Best wash my rig has ever had. Sad to see negative reviews, but maybe this is why they did such a great job. Super polite, friendly, and hard working crew. I'll be sure to return. Thanks, guys!
