Blue Bay Property Management is so far the worse rental management company, I have moved into a apartment in Sep.25 and in 10 months the response for maintainance issues has been very terrible, sometimes no response at all. They toke 6 months to repair the washer machine in the building, also 2 months to fix my apartment AC. Also they have promised me an instalation of a washer and dryer inside my aparment since the date I move in, however until now nothing happened. I am very disappointed with the lack of service.
