I was disappointed with my Uber Eats order, but after reaching out to the restaurant, Kayla responded immediately with a sincere apology and went above and beyond to make the situation right. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and how professionally my concerns were handled. Because of that, I’m happy to give them another chance.
Saw the place on TikTok, went and can confirm the food and service is good. The waitress was readily available to serve and the food came out in less than 10 minutes. Perfect spot for a quick and tasty bite. If you like BBQ and the Smokey flavor, I’d recommend here. My wife was not a fan of the Caesar salad which is the reason for 4 stars. I travel a lot so I always search out good bbq when in Texas, Memphis, KC, or Alabama. I have had the best! Little did I know we had a gem right here in Fort Mill. The food is amazing, all of it, name it and it stands up against anything you have had, anywhere. The sides (corn casserole, holy cow amazing) are just as amazing.
