Just got to know they will be launching their project for Condominium townhomes called Simcoe Towns on Plains Rd E, Burlington soon. Saw some of the exterior renderings; it looks good
This company if you do a background check will see they have no other projects. This is because they are the same builders for Glendor Towns in Burlington. I purchased a townhouse in 2020 from the builder and they held on to all our cash deposits for 2 yrs with no progress on construction. They then canceled the project and closed the company down to open this one with the same exact building plans and rendering just with different names. Do not trust this builder, go with a well known builder like Mattamy homes.
