Je suis extrêmement déçu par Blue Auto Trading. J'ai loué une voiture en février à Miami, mais j'ai dû annuler la réservation pour des raisons personnelles. Avant cette annulation, l'hôte m'a fait payer 528$ pour réduire la caution. Suite à l'annulation, on m'a demandé de fournir ma carte bancaire pour me rembourser cette somme, mais je n'ai jamais été remboursé. Depuis, ils ignorent mes courriers et mes emails.
