Blue Atlas has a forgotten property called the Edge at Rockbrook. The exterior landscaping is seldom maintained. The company they use if they come does no more than 10 minutes of work. There are massive piles of leaves, overgrown weeds, and a dirt lawn that obstructs the sidewalk with mud. Children walk through this daily on their way to school. God forbid someone slips and falls. It appears to be a liability.
Was easy as 123 and all employees have great customer service and will recommend to anyone. Also they answer the phones live and is willing to answer any questions ??.
I think this company is a scam. I did my application February 28th 2023 and have yet to hear back from them. I've sent over 20 emails I've called over 20 times left about 10 messages I've talked to six different people who said they were going to take my number down and give me a call back and nothing. I just want my application feedback and I will never ever do business with them again, wait what business they have none!

Ms. ******* has been informed by several members of our team on why she was declined. She was also given the phone number to contact for the credit bureau so she can have a copy of the credit report we received. Our attorney is now involved regarding her libel online.
This review is for the owner of the residence located at **** **** St, Ft Worth, TX *****. One of our garage doors had a spring snap and was launched into a wall. It flew so hard that it actually shook the house and left a hole on the wall. I've requested for the owner to repair the garage door and he has been sitting on this for the past 4 months. He did have two different techs come to inspect the garage doors and both have stated that they are so old (from the 1960's) that they cannot be repaired. The owner would need to ... read more

Hi ********, I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having. I do know that the Owner has asked for alternative bids for the garage door and opener replacement since it's a large expense. We were working diligently on this but did recently put it on hold since we received notice of your early lease termination. I do not see any maintenance submissions regarding the awning, but I do apologize about the associated risk. It is something we would have certainly taken care of.
